We are currently looking for a Display & Video Specialist to join our rapidly growing Ecommerce team. Reporting into the Digital Advertising Manager, the primary focus of this role will be day to day management and hands on optimisation of our Google Accounts; predominantly including DV360 and Campaign Manager but also helping to populate and grow our YouTube channels with fresh video content.
•Lead execution and daily optimizations of all Paid Display & Video Campaigns. Proven hands on experience working with DV360 and Campaign Manager is essential.
•Day-to-day management and optimisation of both Display and Video campaigns, making recommendations on improving campaign performance and broadening audience targeting.
•Manipulating large scale budgets to achieve ROI targets.
•Track & monitor Display & Video activities using Google Analytics to drive continuous improvements and engagement.
•Working alongside the wider Digital team you will be expected to create and implement data-led strategies and feed learnings in to existing and future campaigns.
•Working alongside our design team you will be required to brief in new creative requests and alterations for banners in line with wider digital campaign strategies and new product launches.
•2+ years’ experience with a proven track record of successful hands on management of Display & Pre-roll Video campaigns across DV360/CM is essential.
•The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret attribution data, historical results and understand the implications for future campaigns.
•Experience building micro-targeted campaigns and sequential journeys would be an advantage.
•The ideal candidate will be comfortable submitting briefs and making creative suggestions to our Production team to ensure that fresh and engaging video content is being pushed out across all digital channels.

People management typically a Display Precision Manager will be responsible for at least one Display Precision Executive.
You will be a Display specialist. This means you will be focused on Display work for your clients, but this does not mean you are unable to learn other areas. In fact, we will encourage and help you become qualified in other channels such as Facebook Blueprint and Google Ads, etc
