THE GIG

As the Global Paid Media Analyst you will support the global paid media channels helping develop, assess, and support the execution of local paid media strategies in partnership with the Global SEO Manager, Regional teams and agencies.

As part of the Global Digital Team, you will be tasked with supporting our current paid media strategies on a day to day level while working closely with the regional digital trade and marketing teams in each of our key regions including America, EMEA and APAC.

Reporting to the business and evaluation is a key part of the role, this includes weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on activities and results against core KPI’s.

You will be developing close relationships with regional eCommerce teams as well as PR, technology, creative, brand and digital marketing stakeholders

Working and co-developing attribution models with regional digital marketing managers and appointed attribution agency will be a big focus.

You will be a paid media champion and by educating the business to improve overall paid media performance by passionately presenting to internal stakeholders in all areas of the business

THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART

Prior paid media experience client or agency side

Experience of devising and overseeing successful paid media campaigns in a cross section of channels

Excellent channel budget management and forecasting, with the ability to build an acquisition plan across all channels including paid and non-paid which shows KPIs e.g. ROAS

Expert understanding of Google Analytics and Google Analytics API for Google Spreadsheets

An excellent number cruncher, able to get underneath the skin of data and easily identify trends, insights and produce actions

A cross functional collaborator, with experience building collaborative relationships

Excellent stakeholder influencing, management, and communication skills
