Job Description

We're on the search for a a true PPC expert with deep knowledge and a passion for PPC. We're looking for someone with a particular focus on audience targeting and customer segmentation who will have the ability to work across the function to create a unified approach to marketing to customers via PPC campaign segmentation based on customer profiles. PPC plays a fundamental part of the Dunelm marketing mix, understanding the levers for further growth whilst maximising efficiency and refining our measurement methodology are key to success in this role. As a PPC Manager you will be a strong role model to develop the internal team and will also balance the requirements of the PPC channel whilst working collaboratively with stakeholders to answer the fundamental questions of the PPC channel.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

•The day to day and week to week department level performance which means ensuring all key KPIs, such as spend and ROAS, are hit on a weekly basis.

•Full ownership of our audience strategy – working with key stakeholders to ensure we have a joined up approach to customer targeting across marketing channels.

•Managing Paid Search for half of the categories on Dunelm.com, as well as display & retargeting for all categories.

•Managing a team of 2 PPC Executives where you will facilitate an environment that enables junior colleagues to grow and develop.

•Creating a clear testing roadmap that highlights the opportunity for efficiency gains within departments.

•Working collaboratively to robustly and thoroughly test all bidding methodologies understanding the best approaches for Dunelm

•Being a key contributor across Digital Marketing, working collaboratively with peers to drive team performance forward

•To understand the latest digital marketing and PPC developments, to react quickly to changes in the landscape and take advantage of new opportunities, features and innovations

Qualifications

Our ideal PPC Manager will have:

•previous experience using a Customer Data Platform, ideally Tealium

•a deep understanding of all PPC factors

•experience leading a team and a proven track record of delivering results

•a metrics driven mindset and ensure PPC is correctly measured to show business impact

•hands on experience using SA 360 and GA 360

•a passion for data and will be comfortable working with large data sets

•a very good understanding of & experience working with other channels; SEO, CRM, Display, Paid Social, Affiliates
