PPC & Paid Media Executive (Digital Marketing)

The Role:
Reporting to the Digital Acquisition Manager, you’ll be a key member of the Harry Hall Ecommerce team helping to deliver web insight and putting our multi-channel marketing strategy into action.



Fast-moving and insight-driven, you’ll be responsible for optimising our PPC campaigns and reaching audiences on Paid Social.


Although we are looking for someone with PPC experience, there may also be an opportunity for a more junior applicant to get Google qualified with us and train on the job. If you have a background in marketing/data/maths or are a relevant university graduate we'd be happy to hear from you too.

A much-loved brand that has been trusted by equestrians since the 1870s, Harry Hall is a one-stop-shop for horse owners. Not just a horse rug and jodhpur retailer, we are home to the fast-growing One Club which gives members access to affordable horse insurance and amazing rewards. We even give 5p from every order to charity!


Our relaxed office has on-site parking, is just a few minutes off the M62 and is a stone’s throw from local amenities. Currently a WFH position, beyond UK lockdown we also anticipate 2 days per week working from home to continue.


KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
You will be responsible for managing efficient and profitable PPC and Paid Social campaigns.
Creating campaign strategy, researching keywords, analysing competitors and testing.
Data manipulation and insight to support reporting on our successes. Spreadsheet and Analytics champions welcomed!
Reporting on spending and successes to the wider team.
Keeping our customers up to date with promotions and product launches to power our paid campaigns and website sales.
Ad-hoc research to support the ecommerce strategy and help spot competitive advantages.
Supporting the wider marketing and ecommerce teams with digital marketing and website activities.



KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Experience in Google Ads, Bing Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
Working knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytics or ecommerce platforms
Google Qualifications preferred
MS Office proficient and an Excel/Sheets dynamo
A team player ready to contribute in a fast-moving, friendly SME
Strong organisation skills: self-directed & capable of working effectively in a fast paced, exciting environment while juggling multiple projects


Office in Wibsey, Bradford (free parking) - semi-working from home available and perfect for commuting from Leeds / Huddersfield / Halifax too.
