What you will be doing?

Short Term (6-12 months)

You’ll have the chance to make a huge impact as the first marketing hire at Heights. Your primary target is to work out and execute the best ways to grow Heights to 5k customers across the UK/US by leveraging all channels. Creating and implementing a strategy for owned, earned and paid channels. You will work closely with the product team to rapidly test new ideas, optimise those that are promising and scale the winners.. You will need to create the infrastructure to be able to track, evaluate and share learnings on which channels are likely to deliver best returns over the customer lifecycle.

Scale and lead the team required to take Heights to 60k customers whilst optimising for LTV:CAC

Qualifications?

  • 5+ years in an acquisition role in the B2C space, with an emphasis on digital marketing
  • Extensive experience with multiple channels - particularly PPC and paid social (facebook/instagram)
  • Some experience with content marketing, lead generation, SEO, email marketing etc.
  • Ability to use data to inform the effectiveness of channels and campaigns
  • Experience growing Instagram and/or Youtube channels
  • Understanding e-commerce and subscription business models
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-changing industry, embracing ambiguity curious about testing and solving problems
  • Passionate about Health and Wellbeing
