Growth Marketing Manager

We are searching for a creative and determined Growth Marketer to join our team at Juggle HQ. Reporting into the Founder, the Growth Marketing Manager will have responsibility for growing Juggle’s presence with business users. The Growth Marketing role involves leveraging marketing expertise; from producing high quality content, through to developing compelling campaigns, and testing multiple digital and offline channels. A growth mindset is key to success here and you will be given full autonomy to deliver on your goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a mission focused startup tackling one of the most interesting and pressing problems in the world today.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a cohesive marketing strategy by leveraging expertise and knowledge of our target users
  • Produce high quality, on message content across a range of mediums
  • Work closely with the product teams to develop growth tools in order to achieve goals
  • Increase brand awareness with target business users through compelling adverts and social campaigns
  • Build relationships with Journalists and supply topical material in order to gain coverage for Juggle
  • Constantly analyse user acquisition performance and drive recommended changes, involving the product team where necessary


Skills & Experience

  • Expert in SEO, PPC or both
  • Proven track record of achieving 6 months + of 10-20%+ MoM growth (B2B)
  • Experience of working for an early stage, fast growth, venture backed technology startup, ideally in B2B Saas or a marketplace
  • Intuitive user of social media (business use)
  • Excellent written English and a flair for high quality ad copy
  • Strong experience in content production (one or more): blogs / video / podcasts
  • Pro user (not technical user) of Google Analytics

Interview Process

  • 30-45 minute video call with the Founder to discuss the role, expectation “fit” and respective backgrounds
  • 1 hour values based interview
  • 1.5 hour presentation & competency based interview
