About the role

Kindred is a group of 11 brands which together, form one of the World's largest online gaming businesses. We've over 1800 employees, spread across 15 international offices and have the stated aspiration of being the best online gaming business across all markets.

The PPC team handles all paid search activities across a number of markets and products, both through Google AdWords and Bing Ads. As PPC Manager within the PPC team, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing existing campaigns within the assigned markets, to meet designated targets that will be assigned to you.

What will you be doing?

  • PPC account management of multiple accounts across various products and markets;
  • Setting up, Managing, Optimizing and reporting on the performance of PPC campaigns in the designated markets of responsibility
  • Focusing towards set KPIs (New Customers, Revenue, Cost Per Acquisition) and optimizing towards them;
  • Interacting on a daily basis with local internal stakeholders, such as Country Managers, local Digital Marketing Managers and other teams within and beyond digital advertising
  • Interacting on a regular basis with external partners, such as Google, Microsoft and others;
  • Post-campaign performance analysis and evaluation;
  • Regular reporting on the performance to the main stakeholders (daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly), including Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Assisting the wider Biddable & Media team in meeting and overachieving quarterly and yearly targets
  • Keeping abreast of any industry developments in technology
  • Interact with stakeholders within the company, such as local teams, other teams within and beyond digital advertising

How will you be measured?

  • PPC KPIs – CPA and new depositing players
  • Cooperation with main stakeholders
  • Regular performance reviews with your line manager
  • Acting in line with Kindred Group values
  • Successful completion of all relevant training and other compliance activities that support Kindred's sustainable and responsible growth

What have you done?  

  • You will have a strong and proven record of PPC experience, ideally developed within a Media Agency; thrive from data driven insights; be eager to learn more within the digital advertising space.
  • 1-2 years of PPC experience, ideally agency side
  • Experience using third party analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) (although not essential)
  • Experience using bid management tools (Marin, Kenshoo, DoubleClick, etc.) (although not essential)
  • Experience in online marketing buy side / demand side platforms (eg. DSPs, AdWords, Facebook Power Editor)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Second European language preferred
  • Knowledge of online marketing technical aspects (eg. tracking, analytics tools)
