The opportunity

We’re looking for a results driven Paid Search Specialist to own the day to day running of our paid search campaigns, with a particular focus on optimisation and supporting the launch of new crafts and expansion into other markets. As one of our largest channels, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference at LoveCrafts, while being fully supported along the way.

What you'll be doing

  • Planning, executing and optimising PPC campaigns across Google and Bing accounts in 5 core regions
  • Working to revenue and LTV/CAC targets, while spending to budget
  • Working closely on strategy with Head of Acquisition and Head of Performance
  • Applying best practices for search across our accounts
  • Keyword research to identify and prioritise new opportunities
  • Creation/management of negative keyword lists
  • Overhauling our ad copy, while remaining on brand
  • Building out our paid search reporting
  • Extending our use of audiences and customer lists
  • Working with category managers to provide craft specific insight
  • Assisting with lead gen campaigns across search/display

Who you are

  • You’ve spent 2+ years managing paid search campaigns on Google and Bing, ideally for a high growth e-commerce company
  • You love a good KPI and have a results focused mindset
  • You are a real self-starter happy to work on your own steam
  • You have a good working knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, RJ Metrics, Mixpanel or Amplitude
  • You are a stickler for detail with a sharp, analytical mind
  • A risk taker with the initiative to drive results
  • You are a spreadsheet whizz kid Excel/Google Sheets
