Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, as Growth Marketing Lead you will lead paid ads and social analytics, and paid media or growth marketing analyst as this is more than just paid ads. You will also lead paid ad campaigns and embedment reporting plus social analytics.

Requirements
You Will:

- Recommend digital marketing campaign strategies and spend across paid social channels, according to defined business objectives.
- Track all relevant paid social data and build Ad reporting framework. Provide Paid Ad insights and recommended approach.
- Work across Marketing, Sales and Brands on campaign results and recommendations based on business priorities.
- Develop social analytics reporting to be used across Marketing team
- Support the Marketing Editorial team on reporting and insights across all social channels
- Work closely with Sales, Brands & Marketing team to provide ongoing performance reporting and insights, including daily, weekly and monthly reporting cadence.
- Work close with the CMO to ensure business insights are fully integrated into Threads creative and marketing strategies.

You Have:
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience, specifically in paid social marketing (bonus if from a performance marketing agency)
- 3+ years experience in consulting, performance marketing, media buying, lead generation, or other quantitative/data-driven fields
- Full competency in at least one of: paid social marketing, search engine marketing, or site optimisation
- History of making business decisions with quantitative rigour and adept in supporting skill sets such as: Excel, data visualisation, and statistical analysis.
- Experience building and analyzing social analytics reports to provide campaign and business insights.
- Ability to recommend and build digital marketing strategy
