VASHI is seeking an exceptional Paid Search Manager with strong paid search credentials. Within this role, you will have part ownership of the performance marketing budget and will be leading channel performance, efficiency improvements, optimisations, analysis and reporting.

We work in a dynamic, agile environment where change is constant and new exciting projects come up all the time: you will need to be able to identify patterns and opportunities, think at scale and prioritise tasks by their impact on business goals.

Key Responsibilities: (Include but not limited to;)

  • Drive the digital marketing strategy cross-channel, including budgets, platforms, campaigns, KPIs, timelines, reporting and related program aspects to support achievement of the company and sales goals.
  • Develop and execute a clear, innovative, and scalable channel strategy for paid search to deliver against commercial, customer and revenue targets of the business.
  • Efficiently run and profitably grow new and existing performance marketing campaigns, ensuring the best possible results are achieved at all time.
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation of dynamic search, remarketing and core campaigns.

Managing and updating campaign bidding based on business intelligence, reporting and analytics.

  • Regular campaign reviews, continually optimising for quality, conversion, and margin.
  • Execute tests, collect and analyse data and results, identify trends and insights.
  • Implement and deliver the digital acquisition and retention strategies across digital marketing channels that acquire the right traffic, to the right product at the right time.
  • Define audiences and targeting for each element of campaigns and ensure alignment with the overarching marketing strategy.
  • Develop a scalable and highly automated set-up to further optimise marketing investment - As we scale we need to be more efficient.
  • Utilise first party data and commercial insights to drive further drive performance and efficiency from our targeting.

Manage digital marketing budget to maximise commercial impact and monitor results of campaigns versus defined performance objectives.

  • Ensure all performance channels are performing against target.
  • Use a data focussed and KPI driven way of working, ensuring we are always on top of our numbers.
  • Continually optimise media efficiency across the channels and continuously improve the return on investment and cost per acquisition.
  • Work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing to develop the cross-channel proposition across the organisation and supporting long term digital initiatives (attribution modelling, reporting, optimization of LTV etc.

Key Qualities

  • Established hands on experience +5 years managing PPC activity.
  • Experience with dynamic campaigns, auction-time bidding, retargeting lists and A/B testing.
  • Demonstratable experience in growing digital channels in line with business objectives.
  • Proven results working with Google Adwords, Apple Search Ads and Microsoft Bing - specifically building and optimising paid search campaigns.
  • Numerate with strong data and analytical capabilities, well versed at utilising website analytics tools.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint to analyse trends in search data and report back to the business.
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams at the same time and prioritise effectively to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Skill and appetite to operate at high pace and quality in an entrepreneurial context.
