Role
We are looking for a PPC Specialist to join our growing PPC team which is currently our core revenue driver for the Performance side of our business. This individual will be responsible for managing the trafficking, delivery, optimisations and reporting for our PPC campaigns, following an optimisation and reporting process developed by our Paid Lead.
The successful candidate will be very logical and mathematical, comfortable with running reports using large data sets, highly adept at using excel, google data studio, and proficient with Google Ads Editor. This role will suit someone who is happy working in a very process-driven function. Your creativity will be in regards to the mathematical optimisation of ad campaigns, rather than what you’d expect in a broad digital marketing manager role.

Part-Time Remote Digital Marketing Assistant
The NutritionFacts.org Digital Marketing Assistant is responsible for assisting the Digital Outreach Director with the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This is a part-time position with an estimated work week of 20 hours.
Specific responsibilities include reviewing current digital advertising campaigns to seek areas of improvement, building new advertising campaigns in line with the goals of NutritionFacts.org’s strategic plan goals and industry best practice, and assisting with the execution of SEO-related strategies.
The ideal Digital Marketing Assistant thinks creatively and strategically to optimize and execute digital outreach efforts, follows through on deadlines, and maintains effective communication.
The Digital Marketing Assistant:
- Seeks areas of improvement on existing digital advertising platforms (primarily Google Ads and Facebook Ads)
- Executes new strategies for digital advertising campaigns
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of new features and best practice of relevant platforms
- Assists with the execution of SEO strategies

About you
We're looking for a PPC Manager, to join our tight-knit marketing team. This role will report to the Marketing Team Lead. You will have strong experience with managing paid search campaigns, budget management, campaign performance and providing detailed post-campaign analysis.
This role requires strong analytical skills, as you will be required to analyse previous campaigns, ensuring they are achieving positive results and engagement. You'll be responsible for accelerating new user acquisition via multi-channel, paid marketing campaigns and by amplifying brand awareness to achieve long-term sustainable growth.
Our ideal candidate
- Will have a minimum of 3 years search activity experience, with a main focus on PPC, social and display.
- Will have a strong understanding of PPC campaigns and be able to take the lead and run with them.

Our team combines a team of passionate and talented designers, developers and security researchers. Together we design and build the industry leading cyber security education product, CyberStart, used by over 200k students across the UK and US. The product, built mainly for young adults, is an engaging cyber security game where students take on the role of an agent in the cyber protection agency and get to hack, forensicate and code break their way through levels filled with a rich narrative, immersive design and realistic security labs.
